I'm Sarah, a Level 4 Sports Massage therapist and ITEC Sports Massage Tutor based in Kingston Upon Thames.

My passion for health and fitness started around 6 years old, watching my Mum doing Jane Fonda workout videos. My Mum is still going strong and continues to inspire me at the ripe old age of 79!

Trail running is my passion and I'm lucky enough to have run in some of the most beautiful places in the world.

I worked in Corporate Events for over 25 years. In my spare time I trained and volunteered as a Rugby First Aider. After years of observing and treating injuries I developed a fascination with the soft tissue recovery process and how every aspect of our lives (nutrition, sleep, stress) can impact our bodies ability to repair and recover. So, in 2023 I re-trained as a Sports Massage Therapist at St Mary's University in Twickenham, where I now form part of the ITEC Sports Massage Teaching team.

I am the Sports Massage therapist for the Wimbledon Rugby FC Youth Girls and Boys team and during the summer months I work with Scottish Hill Runners supporting runners on endurance competitions such as the as Glenshee 9 and Lairig Ghru races. I am also proud to be part of the amazing NSPCC London Marathon therapy team.

My goal is to be able to support and optimise performance of athletes and active people of all ages. I believe soft tissue massage can be a key part in getting the best out of your body - whatever your sport may be.

I hope to see you soon!
